Appeal After Visa Rejection

You can go for Appeal after rejection

Dear concerns

Please read carefully, there are many out of us who want to appeal and are not finding any helpful advice. Here is some guide up to my knowledge for you all. (I might be wrong)

You can challenge the decisions of Universities if you meet all General and Specific entry requirements; there are two kinds of General Entry requirements.

What are General Entry Requirements?

Part 1:
You meet the part 1 of General Entry Requirements.
If you have a 4 years Bachelor Degree
or
2 / 3 year Bachelor Degree + 2 years Master Degree
And your university is listed in the latest edition of the International Handbook of Universities.

Part 2: able to demonstrate proficiency in English?
You meet the part 2 of General Requirements
If you have submitted English Proficiency Certificate or Valid IELTS or other such results,
.
If you meet part 1 and Part 2 Requirements you can go for Appeal!

What are Specific entry requirements

All programmes have specific Entry Requirements, For knowing this you should go the programme page(in which you applied) of respected universities and you will always find specific entry requirements stipulated by a that University and/or department.

There are requirements like you must be having this much ECTS of Math, Stat, Eco, etc. If there is a deficiency of 5 to 10 credits, universities ignore that or if you emphasized in your Letter of Intent that I have deficiency and I can cover it. Then it is fine. But even then decision is up to the university.

If you have applied to a programme where you do not meet specific requirements it’s useless to appeal then. It is not possible that you have Done BSC Computer Science and they admit you in MSC Economics at the time of Admission.

Check the Pages of Programmes where you applied. And match the requirements with your previous degree.
If you meet all the specific Requirements you can go for appeal.

Cases of Initial Evaluations {Messages / Queries :}

If you are receiving a message at the bottom of your application like:

1. " We regret to inform you that your application does not meet the requirements for admission. - You do not fulfill the requirement for undergraduate studies that are the equivalent to three years of study at a Swedish university, i. e., a Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen (180 HE credits (180 ECTS) from an internationally recognized university that is listed in the Unesco World List. "

This message is given by the University-admission officer (who scanned your documents) at the time of first evaluation of you documents. It comes if
you have not submitted your degree,
or
if you have submitted 2 years bachelor + 2 years Master as degrees some times confuse the admission officers at the time of initial Evaluation.

If you are receiving this message and you have submitted documents:-

1- Degree / Transcript
2- Provisional Letter From your university (That Degree is not yet issued)
3- English Proficiency Letter

You to go for an appeal!

OR

2. Your application will not be processed for one of the following reasons: -The signature and/or stamp of the Registrar on your Student Academic Record (transcripts)/Diploma, or the document itself, does not correspond with our reference material from your university. Our efforts to verify the documents have not been successful.

Those who are receiving this message either have
Not submitted properly attested / stamped documents
Or
Their documents are not sent to HEC for re-verification(Studera Mistake)

If you are sure that submitted documents was properly attested?

You can go for appeal.
Note:- All those who are still receiving this message, I advice them to call the attestation office of HEC and tell them the stamp number of the documents that u submitted to studera Or tell them your application number of studera and ask either they have received your documents from studera for re verification?????
